Scary Movie Funny Pictures

I'm not sure what those who panned this picture were expecting, but I like it. I like excellent horror and satire, so I was able to notice and enjoy the gags. True, this picture depends a little too much on corny comedy, but there is a genius in the way all of the films being parodied (and there are many) are twisted together and played with here. Some of the slapstick and sight gags fall flat, but the film is fast-paced and the satire is entertaining. You'll appreciate it if you don't anticipate Shakespeare. You may even be treated to some Shakespeare.

Horror films are plainly intended to be frightening (did the title "horror" give it away?). Indeed, some of the finest Halloween movies may leave you up at night with one eye open, wishing you hadn't seen it so close to sleep. So, what if a tried-and-true, jump-out-of-your-skin horror film isn't your cup of tea (you should definitely avoid greatest werewolf movies, just saying), but you're also not completely scaredy-cat? If you want to get startled just enough to make your pulse beat but not so much that you can't sleep, try watching amusing frightening movies on Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon. Funny + terrifying may not seem like an obvious pairing for a movie night, but you'll be shocked by how enjoyable the pair is. Furthermore, some plain ol' laugh-out-loud comedic relief may provide a healthy counterpoint to the edge-of-your-seat intensity that horror films are renowned for.

The dead are transformed into Zombies as a result of space radiation. Zomcon battles zombies and devises methods to tame and utilize them. They all have a zombie performing mundane duties on pre-teen Timmy's (Kesun Loder's) 1950s suburban street. Fido, Timmy's zombie, becomes his pet and companion (Sir Billy Connolly). Andrew Currie is the director. Kesun Loder, Billy Connolly, Carrie-Anne Moss, and David Kaye star.

Who can forget Ben Stiller's futile struggle with a zipper in There's Something About Mary? Or how about Jason Biggs' assault in American Pie on that warm, handmade, no longer-wholesome apple pie? What about your next-door neighbors? With that gem, Zac Efron and Seth Rogen delivered us far too many penis jokes to tally... Who needs intellectual humour in the first place? Indulge in some immaturity by scrolling through our semi-NSFW collection of the funniest penis sequences in movies (we blurred the required sections, but you still get the vibe from each shot).

Sure, horrific, gory horror films are fantastic (The Conjuring is always a good scare), but sometimes you just need some nice, light-hearted fun to get into the holiday mood. You know, it doesn't always have to be gory? Enter the true Halloween horror films (we're not talking about those Halloween flicks). Or Happy Death Day, which reinvented an old idea into something new and terrifying. Who doesn't like a good scary murder mystery?

In some instances, the humorous frightening movies on our list begin with comedy and are intended to be hilarious parodies of original horror films (like the popular Scary Movie franchise). Horror comedy films actually provide spectators with the best of both worlds. Not to mention Scream, the 1996 picture that perhaps elevated the Halloween horror genre beyond jump scares and scary ghouls. We'll preface this list by saying that some of these films feature jump scares, so continue with caution. Here's a list of the funniest Halloween horror movies of all time:

Horror films are mostly renowned for one thing and one thing only: scaring the living daylights out of people. But that's not the only thing they're useful for. Horror films have made significant contributions to the history of cinema, despite not being often regarded as the most distinguished of film genres. Many horror movies are now regarded classics, and their influence on our society is indisputable. As a result, it's no surprise that there are so many memorable frightening movie lines. Given that it's October and Halloween is just around the horizon, you're certain to hear a number of these statements from horror movie fans. You're also likely to hear a couple statements that don't exist in the films that people believe they do. For example, "Hello, Clarice" from The Silence of the Lambs is not on this list since Hannibal Lecter never speaks it. You won't hear "I am so afraid right now" from The Blair Witch Project since it's never spoken in that film, and it comes from Scary Movie's spoof scene. However, when it comes to true horror movie lines, you'll find 14 of the most memorable here.
