Genjutsu: Sharingan. This ability resides in Itachi's Left Sharingan, and is executed in a matter of 1-3 seconds, giving the target a perception of 24-72 hours having passed. Seizing complete control of the target's senses - which allow a human to experience reality - Tsukuyomi grants Itachi complete control over an opponent's mind, and leaves them hospitalized for days to allow sensual recovery. Being a Mangekyou Sharingan Dojutsu, it is taxing to stamina and chakra, and strains the user's Eyesight. As an ability of a true "Path" Sharingan, it leads to blindness with repeated use. Thus, its drawbacks conceptually could be worked around with EMS, allowing spamming.
