I've had Nitro for about a year and have never had this problem. It takes no time for me to upload still images all day. But uploading a gif takes forever; I haven't even changed it yet and it's taking that long. It's simply stuck on the loading image screen. Is there a way to fix this? I've updated it, closed it, and reopened it with no success. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
You could try this version instead, Addyroodle. It should work at this size. The size has nothing to do with whether or not the image is "broken," Fairyalice. The file size is determined by the dimensions of the image, the encoding/compression, and, in the case of animated images, the number of frames (proportional to the duration of the animation). If compression wasn't enough, you might need to do some cropping, as suggested by Headquarter8302. You might want to read my reply from a previous thread for a quick overview of the various things you can do to reduce file size.
