Some of us were unaware of the variations between the udangs (prawns and shrimps) other than how they were cooked, such as butter prawns, udang masak merah, kari udang, udang masak lemak, and so on. We just like eatingâ. Anyway, I suppose you'll gain nothing by understanding that udang galah is not the same as udang harimau and vice versa. While udang karang (lobster) is not the same as udang galah!
