If a player does not want to fight Red, they must first speak with the three Reds (or once if the player has fought with the Red and at the same time did not use the True Reset). She will then be enraged because the player is not in a rush to battle. This starts the second phase of the conflict, in which you must avoid attacking Red and attempt to live. After a time, Red becomes enraged and decides to strike the protagonist, launching a strong assault that should kill the protagonist's soul, but Red is unable to complete it. She gets down on her knees and tells the player her tale. You may use it to share an edible thing, in which case the player will only regain half of his HP from the meal, allowing you to converse to Red. The player then begs for forgiveness. Undyne provides the gamer with some further information on Red. After then, the game will be done, and there will be "Reset" and "True Reset" buttons (the latter is completely reset information about previous battles).
