You can't go wrong with short haircuts since they're so easy to style. Hair gel, pomade, or even matte hair wax may be used to create a side parted appearance or to lift the front of the head. Also, you can create the "just woke up and got out of bed" appearance by running your hands through the top in random directions.
The head seems somewhat oval from the side perspective (usually less so than a real head). Top of the head looks like a half circle from the front perspective. We won't discuss sketching the various facial features or other elements of the head in this lesson since it has previously been covered in prior courses.
If the character is an adult male, the height-to-width ratio should be between 7 and 7.5 heads, with the head's diameter being around a third of the shoulders'. Male bodies are drawn with thicker lines because their bones and muscles are generally broader than those of a female. When it comes to presenting a character's masculinity, the muscles in the neck, shoulders, and midsection are very crucial. Make your character look more muscular by focusing on the breadth of their neck, arms, chest, and abdominal muscles.
Long Wavy Hair
If you'd want to be able to run your hands over a man's long, wavy locks as a woman does, then this is the haircut for you. The back and sides are finely formed, while the top is free-flowing. Use your fingers to muss the top area of your hair and let it to fall naturally after applying a little amount of matte pomade to them.
