Select the typeface 'Custom' from the drop-down box in the settings panel to use your own font. Selecting a portion of the screen using the choose tool allows you to make a letter. To assign a custom brush, just use the select tool and choose the area you want to apply the new brush to. To have your brush listed, use the hashtag #brushes.
