Let's start by learning how to create cartoon eyeballs. Draw an oval shape with a small lean to the side at the top to form the eyes. Repeat on the other side. It is critical to leave a space between them that is about the size of an eye. You may draw another eye in the middle to act as a measure while we're still in the writing process.
