Despite significant variations in human societies and how we express ourselves, psychologist Paul Ekman revealed that facial expressions have a degree of universality that transcends time and location. Each of these hundreds of different ways of moving our facial muscles expresses and reinforces one of the six main emotions: anger, contempt, delight, fear, sorrow, and surprise.
This is a list of well-known and widely used emoticons, which are textual depictions of a writer's emotions or facial expressions in the form of symbols. Originally, these icons were made out of ASCII art, which was eventually replaced with Shift JIS art and Unicode art. Graphical icons, both static and dynamic, have recently joined the classic text-based emoticons; they are generally referred to as emoji. [1] [2] Emoticons are commonly classified into three types: Western (mostly from America and Europe) or horizontal (though not all are in that position); Eastern (primarily from East Asia); and 2channel style (originally used on 2channel and other Japanese message boards). The most prevalent reason for these differences is that in the East, the eyes take center stage in facial emotions, but in the West, the whole face is utilised. [3]
All Might's natural appearance contrasts sharply with his heroic form because, in comparison to his often seen strong and well-defined body, All Might seems much skinnier and angular.
When All Might reverts to his normal form, he loses his excessive muscular bulk, giving him the appearance of having somewhat longer limbs than the average human.
